How First-Payment Referral Rewards Work
Rewards are created after the referred merchant completes their first paid subscription payment. Codes used during setup or trial do not create rewards.
The referred merchant gets 10% off that first paid subscription payment, and you earn 50% of the actual first successful paid amount after the discount. Renewal payments do not create additional referral rewards.
How It Works
- You share your Refer & Earn code (or share link) with another merchant.
- They apply the code during their first paid Suki subscription checkout on iOS or Android where native referral checkout is available, then pay successfully.
- Your reward is created (status "Approved" or "Held for review") and shows up on this dashboard.
- Rewards mature after the standard holding period before payout or redemption eligibility.
Eligibility Rules
- ✓You must have an active Suki store to receive referral rewards.
- ✓There is no limit to how many eligible merchants you can refer.
- ✗Rewards are only created after the referred merchant completes their first paid subscription payment — not on signup or trial.
- ✗Renewal payments do not create additional referral rewards.
- ✗Self-referrals (referring your own business) are not eligible.
- ✗Rewards are not granted if your referral account has been suspended.

Program Rules & Legal Terms
1. Overview of the Program
The Suki Refer & Earn Program ("Program") is operated by MONOSPHERE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ("Monosphere", "Suki", "we", "us", or "our"). The Program allows active registered merchants ("Referrer" or "you") to earn promotional rewards by referring new businesses ("Referred Merchant") to subscribe to Suki POS Pro. Participation in the Program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Program and earn rewards, you must:
- Be an active registered Suki POS user with a verified email address and an active store.
- Be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence.
- Possess a verified GCash, local Philippine bank account, or Wise (USD) payout profile under your registered name to receive payouts where that rail is enabled.
- Comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.
3. Valid Referral & Reward Mechanics
A referral is considered valid and qualified only when all the following conditions are met:
- The Referred Merchant applies your unique SUKI Code during checkout on iOS or Android where native referral checkout is available.
- The Referred Merchant is a unique business entity that has never previously registered, subscribed, or had an account or tenant with Suki POS.
- The Referred Merchant completes a successful first paid Suki POS Pro subscription payment. Codes applied during setup or trial do not generate rewards.
- The payment is successfully verified.
Benefits for Referred Merchants: They get 10% off their first paid Suki Pro subscription payment only. Later payments are billed at standard rates.
Benefits for Referrers: Referrers earn a promotional reward equal to 50% of the first successful paid subscription amount after the referral discount. Later payments do not create additional referral rewards. Eligible payment amounts exclude taxes and transaction fees.
Claimed SUKI Pro Time: Claimed SUKI Pro Time is temporary Pro access redeemed from matured referral rewards. It applies to the selected business, starts after the claim succeeds, and stacks after any active trial, paid subscription, finite manual grant, or promotional Pro window. It cannot be claimed while the business already has permanent manual Pro access.
4. Reward Status Definitions
Rewards displayed on the dashboard are classified under the following statuses. Reward status, maturation, and settlement are tracked separately, so a reward can be approved for eligibility review before it becomes available to cash out or redeem.
- Pending (Held for Review / Maturation): The reward has been recorded but is undergoing the 30-day review period, or is held for verification, audit, or fraud check.
- Approved: The reward has passed eligibility or fraud review. Approved rewards are not necessarily ready for immediate cash-out; they may still be completing the 30-day maturation period before appearing as available on the dashboard.
- Paid (Issued): The reward has been issued or settled. Issued rewards may be settled as a cash payout or as Suki Pro-time redemption, depending on the cash-out or redemption flow selected.
- Rejected (Voided): The referral or reward did not meet eligibility criteria or violated these Terms.
- Reversed: A previously approved or paid reward that has been clawed back or deducted from the Referrer's balance due to a subsequent refund, chargeback, payment dispute, or retroactive fraud discovery.
5. Verification, Maturation, and Payout Processes
- Maturation Period: Rewards mature thirty (30) days after a Referred Merchant's first successful paid subscription payment. This helps protect Suki against immediate cancellations and chargebacks.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Referrers must accumulate enough available, spendable rewards to meet the minimum shown for their selected payout rail: five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00 PHP) for local GCash or Philippine bank cash-outs, or one thousand five hundred Philippine Pesos equivalent (₱1,500.00 PHP-equivalent) for Wise (USD) cash-outs. Dashboard thresholds may be updated to reflect supported rails, fees, and program configuration.
- No Automatic Payouts: Rewards are not paid out automatically. Eligible rewards may be approved for payout after verification, maturation, and any applicable clawback checks. Referrers request cash-out from the dashboard after configuring a supported payout profile. Support-assisted payout handling is reserved for exception cases.
- Clerical Errors: Suki POS reserves the right to correct calculation errors, accidental overpayments, or system glitches at any time, including reversing or adjusting already paid or approved amounts.
6. Fraud Prevention and Abuse Policies
Suki POS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for program manipulation and abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Self-Referrals: Referring your own business, or any store/tenant owned, operated, or controlled by you or your affiliates.
- Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple Suki accounts, stores, or tenants to artificially generate referrals.
- Fake Businesses: Referring non-operational stores, fictional entities, or accounts created solely for reward generation.
- Temporary Emails: Registering accounts using temporary, disposable, or invalid email addresses.
- Fraudulent Subscriptions: Using stolen credit cards, fake payment details, or methods resulting in payment chargebacks.
- Referral Manipulation: Using automated scripts, bots, or deceptive practices to generate rewards.
7. Suki's Audit & Termination Rights
Suki POS reserves the right to audit all referral activities, user accounts, and transaction logs. Suki may delay rewards during verification; reverse, withhold, suspend, or cancel rewards; and suspend or terminate a participant's access to the Program or delete their account if fraud or a terms violation is suspected or confirmed. Any suspended, fraudulent, or terminated accounts immediately forfeit all accrued and unissued rewards.
8. Account Inactivity & Forfeiture
Unclaimed or accrued rewards (whether pending, approved, or unpaid) will be forfeited and expire if your Suki account becomes Inactive for a continuous period of one hundred eighty (180) days (6 months). An account is considered Inactive if there has been no user login, POS transaction activity, or subscription payment associated with the store.
9. Legal, Tax, and Financial Disclaimers
- Promotional Incentives Only: Referral rewards are promotional incentives and do not constitute wages, salaries, commissions, employment compensation, partnership income, franchise rights, agency rights, or investment returns. No employment or agency relationship is established.
- Participant Tax Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable tax, reporting, registration, withholding, licensing, or regulatory obligations related to referral rewards.
- No Tax or Legal Advice: Suki POS does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
- No Liability for Participant Taxes: Suki POS is not responsible for any taxes, penalties, assessments, interest, reporting obligations, or regulatory liabilities incurred by participants.
- Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suki POS, Monosphere, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program or failure to comply with applicable laws.
10. Data Collection & Privacy
Suki collects and processes data related to your SUKI Codes, clicks, conversions, and subscription statuses to operate the Program, track rewards, prevent fraud, and facilitate payouts. All data collection is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Suki POS and Monosphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits. Suki's maximum liability for any claims related to the Program is limited to the specific reward amount in dispute.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
